I just called to get a quote from Progressive, but Zoey was very kind, thorough, honest, straight forward, and extremely helpful while going through all of the details with me. She saved me a lot of money from my previous insurer, and she also made me feel very confident in the coverage with this company. I cannot say good enough things about this person, and I am very grateful she helped me!

Not to satisfy because of rates and to get a HOI we as a costumer need to talk to a different department and do everything separate instead of doing everything at once with one agent
