I was afraid to switch carriers, having not done so in 25+ years. However, the Progressive online purchasing process was very simple to follow and complete. My rates were cut in half from what I've been paying for the same coverage elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised.

Progressive Insurance is proven in my experienced being with them. They delivered. All possible discounts are applied with no questions ask. I had worse experienced with previous Insurance. But, being progressive, I’m relax and confident knowing that they have my back whenever I needed help….

I was very frustrated with progressive. But their representative by the name of Elena called me back, took the time out to make sure I was happy and my issue was resolved. She went above and beyond what she had to do to make sure I was happy so with that being said progressive is a great company and Elena is an also an employee. You should be lucky to have her.
