After being with another insurance provider for many years, they kept going up in price on me, and I had no accident claims nor tickets. My Progressive Agent went over all the details with me, answered all my questions. After being treated like a customer instead of a number, I knew Progressive was the way to go!

This Policy was taken out for my 24 Dual Sport Progressive was the only Co. Recommend by my Family and Friends.

I dropped my old insurance company & went with Progressive because they were cheaper & provided more coverage on my home & auto, almost $1000 cheaper than my old provider. Progressive now provides my home, auto & motorcycle coverage.

Progressive you have a gem on you hands as far as professionalism and courteousness with your employee Derril Sorrows ( sorry if I spelled that wrong) one of the most patient and at ease persons I've talked to in a while. There was zero confrontation, he made the whole ordeal today very pleasant. As far as progressive itself, I feel like I was taken advantage of and my rates went up without my knowledge followed by conversations with other customer service reps that were less than satisfactory (information deliberately not documented, thank goodness for recordings) some even threatening.

Insurance rates are way too expensive for a 10 year old vehicle! I’ve had no accidents Ever ! No tickets in over 30 years ! I’ve had no claims for auto insurance in over 30 years . This should account for something when getting insurance! The insurance companies have become very greedy lately! I’ve had No DUIs either ! I’m almost 65 years old and that should count for something as it use to!
