I was very frustrated with progressive. But their representative by the name of Elena called me back, took the time out to make sure I was happy and my issue was resolved. She went above and beyond what she had to do to make sure I was happy so with that being said progressive is a great company and Elena is an also an employee. You should be lucky to have her.

The proof is when there’s actually a claim not when I’m making payments. Allstate was good until the rates got so expensive wasn’t even competitive.

Progressive gives good insurance prices at first, but then they require you to jump through hoops to keep the coverage with hard to obtain paperwork.
